What payment methods do you accept? 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.

 

When will my order ship? 

Please allow 48 business hours of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow us 72 business hours of processing time. Email us at orders@soletique.com

 

What orders qualify for free shipping offer? 

Free standard shipping applies to 48 contiguous states, on net purchases over $100.00. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping. Not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.  Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge during checkout.

 

What countries do you ship to?

USA only for now. New Countries coming soon. :-) 

 

How can I track my package? 

You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail or by logging into your account. 

 

How can I return item(s)?

Please reach out first via email at orders@soletique.com and let us know what items you want to return that are eligible for returns. 

 

What can't I return? 

Reduced merchandise or items that have "Final Sale" on the product page along with any bodysuits, tights, swimwear, jewelry, fashion face covers, hats, fashion or styling body tape, and gift certificates/cards are not returnable.

 

I received a damaged item what should I do?

I would like to exchange an item? 

Soletique does not currently accept exchanges. We suggest purchasing a different size or item and returning the original piece.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order? 

To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, we start processing your order the minute it's received.  This means we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it's placed.  This would include address changes, adding or removing items, adding or removing discount codes, changing shipping methods, and canceling your order.
